Pedro Feliz

The Royals signing of Pedro Feliz to a minor league deal is puzzling on the surface but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I'll take Moore at his word that this was a depth signing and really that makes some sense. If a spring training injury to Aviles or Betemit should occur they won't have to trade for a player or rush Moustakas. I mean look, at some point this season Moustakas will be the everyday third baseman and if Feliz has to start a few games to give him some more AAA seasoning then so be it. We suffered through the Guillen era, we suffered through the Betancourt era, I think we can handle a half season or less of Feliz.
