That's really unique I think. I notice Forsch had a slightly better record & ERA, but I'm guessing that's 'cause he didn't face the DH as much as Splitt & Flan.
Which is probably why they had higher ERA+'s.
WAR makes them diverge a bit, but still very close:
Splittorff: 20.9
Flanagan: 23.9
Forsch: 18.6
True, though Forsch would've been at 21.3 had he not put on an Astros jersey.
